Hannah majored in Psychology at her undergraduate school in California. She wanted to be a counselor, but as she continued to study, she realized counseling was not the right job for her. So she decided to turn to the field of business in order to gain some work experience. She worked in the world¡¯s largest winery call Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery and worked as a sales manager for three years before switching to brand management for two and a half years. The winery operated with a management rotation program, so not only was wine itself interesting, the management training was also very impressive. Now she studies organizational development in an MBA course at Cornell. The reason she chose Cornell was that she wanted a smaller school where she could have a lot of personal attention and develop strong relationships with her classmates. She was also fortunate enough to be enrolled in a part-fellowship program at Cornell which is a tuition based scholarship.
