Kagney links diverse businesses with proper human resources as a headhunter in Seattle. She entered the headhunting firm as an intern while she was a college student. Working for 10 years now, Kagney says that headhunting is not an easy job to do. However, she feels a sense of accomplishment when both the business and applicant (job-seeker) are satisfied. Three years ago, Kagney got married and now she is a working mother. She gives her best to her child after work, but she feels sorry to her child. However, she is willing to work and housekeep because her career means a lot to her. Spending her vacation in Hawaii for three years now, Kagney smiles and says she is keeping a good balance between her career and housekeeping.
