Heidi is a general operations manager of Connections SF, which is one of the biggest coworking spaces in San Francisco. Having worked at an IT startup and other coworking spaces, she's well aware of what startups need and what makes her company distinguishable from other competitors. She not only manages the spaces, but also organizes a variety of events for its members as well as many other tasks. She emphasizes the importance of keeping a close relationship with the members and to always listen to them. She says she feels most satisfied about her job when she witnesses the members succeed and leave the coworking space.
